The food was great! However, we ordered online and I arrive right around the time it was scheduled to be ready. All of the food was ready except the steak rolls. I was given a cup for my drink, and went to fill it up. They were out of diet Dr. Pepper, so I let them know. The two girls at the counter says ok, and continued to watch for food being ready. The woman sitting behind the counter returned to her drawing.The restaurant was empty. I was the only one there, with 5 employees.My steak rolls came out 10 minutes later and I left with a diet coke. Reheated the other food when I got home, and again... It tasted great.

Walked in and the place smelled putrid. We almost walked out. Got our food and it tasted off. Customer service wasn't the best. We've been to several different locations - won't be going to this one again.

Amazing service and food! Seriously I was so impressed with my steak kabobs, roasted veggies, and hummus w pita. The steak was marinated perfectly and the waitstaff was extremely friendly and kind. Can’t wait to come again with more friends!

Charged for an online order and never refunded- 12/18 I placed an online order and was contacted shortly after by Jorge stating the store wouldn't be open past 3 due to staffing issues and was promised a refund. My card was charged and never refunded, I've never had a good experience here!

Good Mediterranean style food. Found pLarge hard plastic piece in food and called. They were suppose to send a refund to my card. Will eat here again, just hope they get the hazards out of the kitchen.

I’ve come by the past few days and these 2 employees were very nice to me and helped me with my order. But today, after work I come here and this bald man who works here and was very rude. I asked for a salad trio bowl and he gave me an attitude and told me they no longer sell it. He didn’t even offer me anything else and just stood there with a look on his face. Never coming back.

I love Zoe's as a chain. The food is fresh, and healthy, and we ordered regularly at the north Frisco location before they closed. After they closed we had to find another restaurant and this one was the closest. Their food is not at all the same quality I've had at other Zoe's- for example, today I had the pasta salad and it wasn't even edible- it was slimy and clearly several days old. The wait time here is another issue. It's always slow, but today was almost 35 minutes for my two kabob plate. They didn't even bring my daughters cheese quesadilla for 25 minutes. And the customer service- beyond poor. When we walked in the person at the counter was on the phone so we had to wait a few minutes (no problem) and when the girl who was cooking saw customers had started coming in (there were several in a line behind us by the time we were waited on) her expression was a loud "Jesus Christ" which I was extremely offended by. It was 12:30 pm. A restaurant can and should expect customers. We will be finding another Zoe's to try.

We placed our order at 5:50pm for curbside pickup. It took almost an hour for our food to be brought out to us. We called twice and said they were waiting for the salmon to cook. Salmon takes twenty minutes. The unprofessionalism when they answered the phone both times. The lack of apology. And the excuse of being hectic. It was an empty restaurant and we had three people that were able to get their orders while we were waiting.

The food at this location has consistently gone downhill for a long time. I picked up lunch today after several months of avoiding the restaurant. My food was completely bland and most of the flavors were off. The register staff was nice but seemed to lack knowledge about the menu.

Wife and I went to check this place out. We both ordered turkey avacado sandwich meals with drinks and fire roasted corn. Waited 20 minutes and the sandwich was soggy and gross. The “Fire Roasted Corn” was cold and soggy. It looked like they just threw the food on the plate. Which begs the question what were they doing for 20 minutes while we waited? As we were sitting there some mad guy came out and jumped in his car and slammed the door. Not sure why they made him so mad? This place is not good. It was 27 dollars for 2 soggy gross turkey sandwiches with cold nasty corn. Poor service. Stay away.

By the way any bad reviews are removed in 30 days! Explains the fake fraud 5 stars !Tried to place an order from Castle Hills location online delivery. Manager blowed me off by telling me to call the number on the site, lost 120 rewards. He's unaware of the site not providing a no and said he would call, called back to tell me someone will me back today...really...cant place an order online and he missed the part when I told him its for delivery! Ill take my business elsewhere.
