This restuarant is NEVER able to take an online or app order for whatever reason. Different excuse every time, such as, tech problems, poor internet. Then when you go to the store to place an order they can't or won't honor coupons that are through online and app ordering. BUT you can't order through either platform BECAUSE THEY DO NOT WORK!

This particular store does not seem to handle high volume very well. On a busy night it’s understandable that delivery should take longer but there should be some type of communication mechanism beside the very tiny and hard to find estimated delivery time in the confirmation email. I had to call 7-8 times after waiting more than an hour to get someone to pick up the phone to let me know. Who knew a July 1st Thursday evening would push delivery times to six times normal. Had I been aware of this before confirming my online order I would not have ordered from them on a night when I was actually trying to save time.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. NO WONDER THEY HAVE LOW RATING.. WE HAVE USEDTHEM OVER 3 YRS . WHAT HAPPENED??? THEY DID NOT STATE THE PIZZA CRUST WE GOT COST WAY MORE. IMO THE BOX WAS MED THERFORE I THOUGHT MED PIZZA I LEFT A 4$ TIP ALOT FOR A VERY HARDWORKING. FAMILY SAVING FOR A NICE HOME .
NEVER WILL WE BUY PIZZA AGAIN MY SON IS HEARTBROKEN THAT WE HAD TO GIVE IT UP. ITS HIS 7TH BDAY TODAY JUST KINDA THOUGHT LARGE WAS UM BIGGER???
