“Coworker ate here and told me about this place I’ve eaten here several times the last time a lady at the bar was drunk and talking crazy so I left and I also do third party deliveries! Shane made my order right and the tenders are amazing! Cajun is HOTTTTT BUT they are so good!!!“

“Interesting place. The food was really good. Prices are high, in line with a premium place like Pappadeaux. But, the portions were large. However, the atmosphere does not match the food quality. Feels like a Jasons Deli on the inside. Also, not a fan of them literally holding an iPad in front of you waiting for tip and payment without a chance to review items/charges. Asked if they could print ticket to look at - no problem, but waiter seemed a little annoyed.“

“My husband and I spent the day at the lake, got hungry and needed to find some quick easy food. We found this on google and were so happy we did! We love Cajun food and this food was next level. Everything was hot and fresh and we were well taken care of. We will definitely be coming back!“

“This was the BEST DAMN BURGER I’ve ever had! The burger meat was moist and juicy, definitely not your average everyday texture! The bacon was slightly sweet and crispy. My choice of cheese was crumbled blue cheese with a side of sweet potato fries!!!! My tastebuds are still dancing! lol ?????The Shrimp Nachos are super delicious too!!Our waiter Ian was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu !“

“We love coming here as a group to have conversations, catch up with each other, etc. Good is always great. On Thursdays now they have Music Bingo. Unfortunately, it gets so loud between the emcee and the music, we couldn't hear other talk at all. We were in the lower area but that didn't save us. We'll need to find another place to eat on Thursday nights.“

“The service and food at Rockfish were a pleasant surprise. The vibe on the patio with its trellis and Cajun music caught my eye and ears as I searched for a place to enjoy lunch while waiting for my car to get an oil change nearby. I was greeted inside by Phillip, the server who was really cheerful and helpful as I navigated the perfect place to sit and the menu. The Atlantic salmon tacos on corn tortillas, cheddar grits, and steamed asparagus were delicious. The chef, Tony, checked on me several times when the server got busy. It was overall a really pleasant experience. I will be back again with friends!“

“Lava has been an amazing find for our high school theatre banquet! It is budget-friendly, while still being a really great venue! On top of that, the overall experience was made so enjoyable by getting to work with their event coordinator (Jill) who was on top of everything-- including communication beforehand and the execution of all the details we discussed. She was very personable, accommodating and just a joy to work with. This is our second year holding our banquet there and I would highly recommend it.“

“Food was amazing. Crawfish was perfectly seasoned in mixed sizes from large to small. Catfish atchafalaya was crispy with a well seasoned breading and smothered in some étouffée! Beignets were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with powdered sugar (comes hot). Only thing I did not like was the sweet tea, tastes like it’s made with some honey and not the usual sweet tea.“

“I wanted a Fried Turkey for Thanksgiving and they came in the clutch. I didn't want to reheat in oven in fear of dryness, but I had no choice and I was more than happy with the results. I picked up the Turkey from the location had a line but I was in and out in 5-10 minutes.“

“My daughter & I came here for lunch on a Friday right after they opened. We were greeted fairly quickly and was allowed to sit where we wanted to, which I really appreciated, Thank you! I'm sorry I don't remember our server's name but he was really friendly and helped us decide how spicy was too spicy. We didn't get the spiciest one but we got the one just under the habanero one & it was perfect... for my daughter. It was a smidge too spicy for me. lol We shared a Bering Sack for $33 (crab legs, shrimp, corn & potatoes) & that is the perfect size for two people. Will definitely visit again soon!“
