Went in for a few pints and the blonde young man ( seemed to be there working alone) was very helpful in suggesting flavors to sample. It makes a big difference where I patronize and because he was so helpful I will be back! I only did a few samples because I got them to for the family. ( My son’s favorite ice cream shop) He may be in his 30’s but Mama still treats him to ice cream.?
I arrived this evening approximately 30 minutes prior to closing. KEALA, ELIZABETH, TANNER ALL GREETED ME WITH A SMILE, VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EXTENDED EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! This was my first visit to Handels! My prayers their Manager(s) are thankful for them being tremendous 5 Star employees! THANK YOU AND I WILL DEFINITELY BE PATRONIZING LITTLE ELM, TX location again!

Great local ice cream shop! Staff is super friendly and coueteous. They offer a ton of flavors and offer samples if you are not sure of a flavor. The waffle cone options are plentiful and we will definitely be back!!!
