The food was great. The service was great. And it was a quiet Monday night, so I can't say too much about the atmosphere. It was clean with nice tables and chairs and had a nice vibe to the place. It's our new go-to Italian spot. Check it out.
I am from NJ and have tried SO many Italian/pizza places in the north DFW area and none have come anywhere close to Romas. I am extremely picky when it comes to red sauce (or gravy as we call it) and can tell they use a true authentic italian recipe. The chicken parm was delish and I had to get a slice of their pizza just to try it and it tastes just like Jersey pizza! Ordered for 6 everyone loved their food except me. My eggplant parm was like rubber. Maybe it was old? Aside from the eggplant texture the flavors of the dish were good. I tasted a bit of everyone else's and it was also fine.
