We stopped here a few days in a role passing through. The ladies that served us were extremely polite and happy. I was very impressed. Fast food can be stressful and sometimes it shows in the employees but the environment here was so positive. Great place to go. Great service

Food is good here, the only problem I have is the service is terrible, pulled up to the window to pay for my food and 2 employees stick there head out screaming and yelling at someone they know from the gas station, being unprofessional and disrespectful when they are on the clock and have a customer infront of them and they didn't even apologize for their behavior.

Service is good . If your looking for something fast this place will accommodate you. Food good especially the French fries. (Best in town). Always get ample napkins and ketchup I think it's a pretty big deal. I don't like drive thru 's that only give you one napkin and sometimes no ketchup. thumb up for me.

Ordered a double cheeseburger with big Mac sauce and they put tartar sauce and they put a ton ordered a large ff and it wasn't in the bag had to go in and get it! Come in do better!

My son gets off work and sometimes gets a breakfast. Every single time I go in to use the restroom I have to clean the stall. And Every single time there's and employee coming out with me that does not wash their nasty hands. YALL ARE DISGUSTING. It's never the same employee either.

I get mistakes can happen. But when an employee laughs in your face and tells you you’re wrong and can’t comprehend it’s ridiculous. I had a simple issue with the order not going through the app but it took the money and is pending. I completely understand the money will stay pending but I wanted to make sure the money would go back on my card since I don’t get the order. She said it wouldn’t because it never came out of my account and it did. Well I said ma’am, you’re looking at it, I just want to verify it’ll go back to my card and she literally started laughing in my face, shaking her head, and mumbling under her breath. Yes, I called the number on the window, they were extremely polite and helpful. However, this older black lady maybe in her late 40s or early 50s with gold/silver teeth needs to learn customer service. Not once was I rude to her. I spend a lot of money at this location and will continue to go here. They just really need to learn customer service.

Going out of town and stopped by here in drive thru after waiting in a spot for people who pick up online orders we get our food. And end up with a burned up McMuffin and we had already drove off. They too in a hurry to get your order and not in a rush to send out orders. On the plus side the lady at the window looked like Ronald McDonald so I guess it was worth the stop.
