This place is just horrible in every aspect, the food is just terrible, no work put into making fresh food, always taste like fake plastic food, always get answered rudely. The only thing that makes me not completely hate it is the ocean water and the slider.

It doesn't matter if I order online or at the place. Every time they mess up on the order. This time was on 2 Strawberry cheesecake cake master shakes and one with caramel. Got lots of Carmel and ice cream but no cheese cake taste or strawberry taste. Just taste like a vanilla shake. They didn't mark any of the drinks or shakes. I ordered 3 drinks and 3 shakes. Could only identify 1 drink out of all, now that's pathetic and ridiculous. I highly doubt that I will ever return to the place again. I understand it happens but every time is uncalled for. Either find better help or get someone that knows how to train their crew. This is just uncalled for. I'm done with this place!

The onion rings could have been cooked longer. They were soggy. The chili cheese tots were cold. Very disappointing.Parking: There are stalls to park in, and there is also a drive thru.Kid-friendliness: They have a very friendly kids menu

Went through the drive-thru because we were literally driving through the town. We have 3 small kids and two adult meals. They told us we have pull up to a parking because we were going to hold up their line. There were 3 cars behind us.What happened to actually having a work ethic and doing what you are paid for? I feel bad for this town. So sad. We didn’t order and just drove trough to the next town.
The pure disrespect given at this sonic by an Erica Varges. Not letting you finish talking. Shutting the window on you. The fact any store has someone like that working in their shop is a shame. Very horrible customer service and any store that accepts that, won't last too long. Having that as the face of your store is terrible.

Pulled in at 10:12pm. Store closes at 11pm. Was told the kitchen was closed so we could only get drinks. When we questioned the hours of operation, they confirmed the 11pm close time but said their kitchen closes at 1030.... but still wouldn't take our order.

We left without service because the service workers nobody answered the call button and the woman that walked past our vehicle ignored our calls for assistance.
