We were in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes. The 3 cars in front of us were frustrated too. Maybe because the location did seem a little packed than normal.This was our second time at a BRCC locations be it wasn’t a positive experience as much as I would like it to be. They did have any ketchup for your order too. I totally support veteran owned businesses however, when we go through a drive thru we do have a time crunch, that’s the whole point of drive thrus.Overall, I did rate it 3 stars because the honey spicy chai was ok, the mocha blended was good. We also had Grenade burrito and a scone which was nice.

Went here for a quick visit and were thrilled! This is how I imagine a coffee shop! Great coffee, good music, friendly staff, air-conditioned, clean and wheelchair accessible. There are plenty of toilets and parking spaces available. The price-performance ratio is also right. What more do you want?! A visit is absolutely recommended!Wheelchair accessibility: Accessibility
