The employees were very polite and helpful; however, I must address a few things that were concerning. First, the young lady with VERY long nails was not wearing gloves (none of the employees were). Employees scooping the ice cream while reaching into the tub with long sleeve hoodies was bad enough. Having the young lady PEEL and cut bananas with those nails was extremely unappetizing. ? Also, none of the employees were wearing hairnets and some had their long hair down and were moving it out of their face, with their hands before scooping the ice cream. That is unsanitary and gross. Needless to say, I won’t be going back unless those issues are fixed.

Unfortunately for the business, many of the patrons were not staying to order. It seems the location is currently trying to work without an a/c unit. This location's temporary offering melted ice cream or shakes only. While the freezers are working, any product on the floor exposed is defrosting. Even the stone in which they mix the flavors are not cold enough to keep it from melting. The attendant mentioned that thus had been going on for 3 weeks now. I would suggest it's loyal patrons to take a break from thus location until the issue is resolved and the city help inspector to pay them a visit. They should just close the location until the issue is resolved.

They didn't tell us their AC was out when we walked in. I noticed the ice cream was a little melted, but I thought it must still be good if they're still serving it. By the time we paid for it and sat down, it was ALL the way melted. They served us melted ice cream. It was gross, and I asked for my money back. They laughed and said they couldn't because we threw it away. I went to the trash, got it out, and gave it to them, and they said they can't tell if we ate it or not. I asked for all of their names and the number to corporate. They gave me Princes, Tiana, and Olivia. They wouldn't give me the number to corporate but gave me their boss Dave's number. I tried calling, and it just went to a voicemail. They said I accepted the melted ice cream, and therefore, they are under no obligation to give me my money back. I believe if they had remembered the prince's name in the Princess Tiana movie, they would have given me his name instead of Dave. If you go here do not be nice and accommodating like me. Do not accept the ice cream if it's not to your liking because you won't be getting your money back. Looking at other reviews it seems like serving meted ice cream is a constant here. I will be contacting the state attorney general, call for action, consumer action, the BBB, and the FTC.

My wife and I decided to visit Cold Stone Creamery for the first time, post-dinner, to satiate her ice cream cravings. The experience was nothing short of delightful, largely thanks to the exceptional customer service we received. Our server, Iana (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly), was the epitome of hospitality. She proactively offered us samples to help us make our choices, a gesture we noticed she extended to other customers as well.The atmosphere in the shop was buzzing with energy, yet it felt personal and welcoming. Right after us, a couple received equally attentive service, with Iana offering to make fresh cones for them. This level of care and attention to detail set the tone for our entire experience.As for the ice cream, it was exquisite. I opted for an almond milk milkshake, which was rich and creamy, exceeding my expectations for a dairy-free option. My wife's vanilla ice cream was equally impressive, capturing the classic flavor with a luxurious twist.Cold Stone Creamery has undoubtedly become our new go-to spot for ice cream. The combination of mouth-watering flavors and stellar customer service has left a lasting impression. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

Working here was a terrible experience. Unprofessional management, inappropriate conduct from fellow employees, just all around a terrible work experience. I worked here because I loved cold stone and now returning as a customer the service is terrible. Compared to the other cold stones in the area this one has the worst cleanliness.

It seems like this place has a bad management problem. The service is terrible, the quality of the icecream is very low, and there is little to no cleaning being done. It seems like whoever owns this franchise, doesn't care about the business. I've been here twice during the last 30 days and it was the same bad experience.

Been going here for a long time and it's been okay in the past. Went today and after we ordered and they started they realized they were out of our toppings. They came up with substitutions which was fine but they should have known what they were out of before starting our order. After taking a few bites of mine I discovered a hair! I showed it to the teenager behind the counter and he just stared blankly. I told him I would not eat or pay for this and handed it back to him. He did not offer to make a new one or provide any alternate solution. He didn't even apologize. Terrible customer service. We paid for our other order and left. We won't be going back to this location again.

We had some Door Dash promos to use so last night when I ordered, we got a bowl of chocolate ice cream instead of a malted shake. Today, I ordered a mix of chocolate, chocolate fudge, pecans & caramel and I got vanilla with brownies. Not EVEN close! I think they don't give a crap because they don't have any accountability for delivery orders. They know the delivery companies will have to take the heat. I don't even want to walk in there I'm so angry!
