Food was good, you know what you’re getting with you go to TRH. The manager was training a trainee, he was a little rough in front of customers. There was a mess up with our order but it was corrected and we were charged. Would go back.

I was just placed on hold by two different employees for nearly 10 minutes. If they hate taking care of customers over the phone to place to go orders, then simply say so!! I’ve seen employees standing around in the hostess area…laughing with not much to do. This type of behavior is always fostered by inept leadership. Treat customers like you care. Nothing comical/cute about placing customers on eternal hold. Get it together y’all SMH

Came here for a birthday dinner on 4/18 and it was great! Our server Alexis (Alexus? sorry its been awhile) was awesome and made our experience enjoyable. Everyone's plates were delicious and cooked exactly how we ordered, and we were a party of 7. And of course you can't go wrong with those yummy rolls and butter. We will definitely be coming back!??

Placed an online order. It took them 15 minutes past the scheduled order pickup time. Didn't expect them to be so busy when I ordered. The manager came out to ensure the order was right and apologized for the order's wait. I appreciate the reassurance they provided.

Wonderful as always. I had the House Salad, Dallas Filet and loaded baked potato. Four of us for my daughters birthday ??... The women ate steak the men... Shrimp and chicken .. go figure.. everything was great including my daughters favorite the bread and dipping sauce (butter).Parking: I can't walk far.. never any close parking or handicapped parking so I get dropped off and picked back up. The only reason I don't go more often.

I took my adult boys out to dinner at Texas Roadhouse. I am not able to do this very often, but I wanted to thank them for supporting me, my ex-husband, and our family, as we navigate my ex-husband's stay in the hospital. We had a few issues with the sides with our steaks, but they were resolved quickly. We spoke to the manager, Meredith, and she took a bit off our bill. I wasn't expecting that kind gesture, but it was very much appreciated. I truly like Texas Roadhouse. The people are kind, the food was delicious and the service was amazing.
