I order 2 belt busters without cheese and was at drive thru window and I observed the cook putting the completed burgers in the microwave...That just did not make sense should have questioned at that point but didn't set in at that moment!!!

Dairy Queen is always a favorite. The food was good & the ice cream was fabulous. It took a while to get our food but they seemed a little under staffed. It was worth the wait!
Food does not look like it does in the pictures on their menu board and doesn't taste well either. Guy at the register is SLOW and inattentive. I recommend passing on this place. I won't be back

So on Monday evening March 18th I go in and order a four-piece steak finger combo. The price on the menu said $9.99. so when the cashier remind me up she said my order was $12 and some odd cents. I asked her what else was I getting. She said oh maam you are getting the four-piece steak finger combo. I asked her what was the difference in between $9.99 and $12 and something and she said, oh the prices went up today. So the prices went up but the menu amount still stayed the same. I got upset and walked away without an order. So within a couple of minutes later, I noticed a lady walking out of the restaurant that had come in behind me and she also left empty-handed. So I asked her why was she leaving empty-handed and her reply to me was she was wanting a small Sunday which was $7.49 and she asked them to put whip cream on the top and the Clerk told her there would be an additional $0.79. so she turned around and left as well. Whipped cream usually comes on a Sunday without any charge but not these days anymore. So within 4 to 5 minutes after I had walked out she walked out empty handed herself. That was two sales that were not made because of the negligence and the prices at dairy Queen is charging. I thought in my situation that dairy Queen should have honored the menu price. Do not start charging customers the new price until your menu reflects the new price..
The staff was really friendly and prompt to help. Was really enjoyable to sit outside and enjoy the cool night.

My wife and I went through the drive thru for dinner. Our order was wrong, we waited 20 minutes, then I had to go inside to get my food cause they forgot about me. I asked for two plain burger meals and got them with everything on them, and the sweet tea was borderline undrinkable. On a lighter note, they didn't screw up the fries so I suppose they earned the one star.
