I love fried catfish and have tried almost every restaurant in Livingston that serves it. This is the best, flavorful and not over cooked. Ordered a slice of German chocolate cake to go. The slice was the size of a dinner plate and 3 inches thick! The cake tasted just like my mother's, delicious! Highly recommend Florida's Kitchen.

Loved it. The Seafood Platter is an outstanding deal at $27. 3 catfish filets, 2 huge fried shrimp, grilled shrimp skewer, 2 stuffed crab, and 1 frig leg. All with 2 sides. Those fried shrimp are really the size of my palm.Chicken fried steak is not only plate sized but is tender and delicious. Perfect crust on that steak, too. Held together after being cut and dipped in the very good peppery gravy.We had the German Chocolate cake too, excellent! Definitely coming back.
Got the ribs and sliced links with fries! I am not a big fan of having to put sauce on my meat, but should have known when they served 3 - 2 oz cups of sauce! They were very dry without sauce. The greens were good! Thinking this is not my favorite for bbq!

We are from Florida and moved to Texas 9 years ago. This is the closest thing to fish and hush puppies from home. Loved the onion rings and Cole slaw too!! We will go back!!
