Worst pizza place in Texas! Disorganized, poor service, management and poorly trained staff! Needs to be shut down, fire everyone and hire and train new staff from top to bottom! Ownership should send someone in as a customer just to see how poorly run this place truly is. Send them in on a different times of the week and day.

People buy pizza, you make them, bake them, they carry them out.This little Caesars acts like it’s rocket science not sure how they mess it up; but for sure you’ll wait an extra hour to find out.Don’t step over a dollar to pick up a penny (cheap pizza) go elsewhere.Or if you like free attitude, they do have it in abundance - just tell them it said my pizza should have been ready half an hour ago. :)

Ordered a pizza online, said it would be ready in 30 minutes "ish". 90 minutes later, there was no pizza, I went in and had to wait 7 minutes for someone to come to the counter. Asked for a refund, and the cashier asked if I wanted a remake? It was never made to begin with, it's no 6:30 and I have to go back to work. When am I expected to pick it up and eat it? This is the day of the eclipse, and it's dead as a doornail, empty parking lot, 2 other customers in the store. SMH... Always 2-3 hours behind without valid reasons. Don't order here if you want to eat on your schedule. Do yourself a big solid and go to Joe's Italian. Their pizza's are amazing!

The service is terrible. I placed my order at 10:06 in the morning and it took more than an hour to serve me and it was only bread with cheese. Those terrible people are talking and look at it. Not only do they put sauce when you ask for no sauce I called to place an order and the woman answered the phone and then set it on the counter. When I kept asking if anyone was there she finally picked it up got rude and told me to wait then hung up on me.

I honestly made a pickup delivery for myself when I was 30 minutes away and online it said the pizza would be ready around 8:45 - 8:50 and as soon as I got here a school bus pulled up and they ordered like 25 pizzas. So instead of getting my order out first, they decided to make the school bus pizza first. Online is supposed to skip the line but tonight that did not happen for me. - Do you think they would put chairs in the lobbies since there are so many people that order from this place, cheap pizza with shitty service - I'm sure we all know that's every little Caesar. We all have the worst luck here but we still eat it and come and hope things will be different but never are. Guess I'll go stick my hand in a blender now. See ya later.
Ordered online still had to wait and the pizza was raw and not cut. I called in told the Mgr she said fine bring pizzas in we will change them out np. I called and told same Mgr I was coming in told her what time and I'm standing here waiting on her 43 minutes as of right now. The guy behind the counter has had 14 customers and has told me to move instead of taking care of this. She has totally ignored me. I'm still waiting. I spent almost 40$ still had 2 cook dinner and now I'm wasting time waiting on this lady 2 just give me what I have already paid for. The oven has been full twice she pulled the cart out so she does not have 2 see me.

The dude on the register DID NOT know how to work it, charged me 3 times for 1 pizza, dropped an F BOMB, ( WHEN DID THAT START BEING OK?) Told them before I left that I better not be charged for three pizzas, low and behold got home and charged for 3 pizzas, won't answer their phone and I will waste my time, energy and gas to go back up there. Sent message through the app. Hopefully it will be.resolved quickly, if not I will be up to straighten it out tom.

I ordered my food to be ready at 6:15 (2 hours before i went to pick it up) well here comes 6:30 than 6:40 still no order pink bonnet lady said she gave my order to someone else than when I was talking to my son she said I'm just gonna refund you. No I'm sorry let fix another one for you just I'm gonna refund you I drove 37 mins to get there and my son wanted pizza they are messed up and lazy
