I ordered a sliced brisket sandwich. Excellent, tender and the sauce was fantastic. I could only eat half of it. The sandwich was huge. This gave me good snack for later.

Alright here we go: First off, I was considering Cooper's BBQ place in Llano, but decided on Inman's BBQ instead, and by golly I'm glad I did. No disrepect intended for Cooper's, just glad I chose Inman's. Inman's BBQ turned out to be one of the best BBQ places I have eaten at. The brisket literally melts in your mouth, very delicious. Their signature turkey sausage is so, so good. Delicious! Pork tenderloin was amazing and the pork ribs my wife had was amazing. The mac and cheese is freaking amazing as well. Also, their customer service is truly first rate. Here's why: I accidently dropped my plate of food (thank God not my wifes lol) and Inman's BBQ staff were so helpful and just remade the plate I had that I dropped. My fault not theirs, so I could have easily been charged again. Awesome people with amazing food. If you love BBQ like me, (what real Texan doesn't) then stop by Inman's BBQ when you're in Llano, TX. They will not disappoint.Parking: Parking was easy no issues. Now if it gets super crowded, might make it a bit difficult. But nothing too crazy though.Kid-friendliness: Great kid friendly atmosphere. Were plenty of families with kids at Inman's BBQ.
We just got married at Ramblin Rose January 2024 and Grant and his team helped make the event a huge success!I have heard from so many of my guests that the food was amazing and one person said verbatium "that was the best BBQ I've ever had" and we had many people from Texas who eat a lot of BBQ so that statement is not to be taken lightly! Grant met with us multiple times through the planning process and put up with bride and parent of the bride anxiety questions :) The venue was amazing and exactly what I wanted for our wedding. Grant and his team are so easy to work with and we appreciate them so much! I bet many of our guests will pass through Llano now and make Inmans a must stop!

Pathetically slow. We showed up on a Saturday for lunch. It showed up on Google maps as being less busy than usual. There was one person filling order. One person taking orders. It took them 30 minutes to get our order out. A BBQ joint taking 30 minutes to give you some brisket, sausage and a couple of sides. Went up to ask how long. Got told a few minutes. 10 minutes later we were still waiting. Finished an entire beer waiting for the food
