Drive across town for my first trip to Subway in Llano. Sign on the door says "Late Start Today." Worker saw me, looked right at me, and turned his back. A late start occasionally is understandable. The problem is that the sign could say, "I'm sorry for the delayed start today. We value your business and we'll see shortly." Something more respectful to customers than "too bad!" The worker should have come to the door to apologize and offer some explanation OR don't stand there where people see you and just turn your back. It's rude. Later I discovered NO COOKIES today. Don't advertise the cookies and not have them! This is also disrespectful to customers.

We don't do "fast food" very often. My daughter was craving a meatball sub. Never been to this location before. The employees were so nice. They engaged with my 10 year old and made her feel like her choices mattered. The staff deserves a raise. The place was clean and organized. I'll be letting people know this location is lovely.Kid-friendliness: Made her feel important.

Closed at 7:15 PM on a Wednesday night. Church night. I do not understand this. Even if shorthanded, managers, responsibility is to be there when no employees can be there. You agreed to do this when you accept the general managers job, if you can’t be there seven days a week from open to close because you’re the only one that works for them, then you’ve got bad ownership and you shouldn’t be a general manager anyway. Work ethic Today is horrible.

Couldn’t even get food because the worker turned our 5 person family away. She was making the man in front of us a sandwich and started going on about how she she couldn’t serve us. Her reasoning was that it was only her and she “couldn’t even understand how she was standing” since she was so tired. She also talked about how she wasn’t paid enough for this. We had to ask if she could at least make one sandwich since the rest of us were fine just getting Sonic around the road. She complained the entire time she made the one sandwich. If the worker was tired and sick, then management should’ve taken care of it. Bad service.

Since no stars aren’t an option I had to go with 1. I went in at 7:56pm. There was one other customer and two employees. I waited my turn patiently. The female EE left for a break on her phone. The male finished with the other customer and never acknowledged me. He chose to start cleaning up instead. I continued to wait and at 8:09 he still had not acknowledged me. I put my chips back and walked out. Neither ever spoke.

My wife went in on Saturday around 8pm to get a sandwich to go, A couple were there before her. I was in my truck waiting. After the couple exited and I saw my wife shrug her shoulders. After 10 minutes waiting she came back to the truck saying a woman was on her phone saying she's going to break. The man left was cleaning the counter and never acknowledged her. I wanted to go back in and ask what the deal, but my wife said it wasn't worth it probably at the time she was right. Don't go here they don't have the employees who want to work or give customer service. We went to Taco Bell and had great service. No problem.

Wish I got the guys name but I just left and got a footlong grilled chicken sub. Best I ever had with exemplary service. If I wasn't broke from moving I'd happily give him a nice tip. He was patient, friendly and professional especially since kids were running around as I stepped into restaurant. Thanks. 5*****

I ask why the store was closed Saturday night and the manger said because people traveling for Easter. however the employee that worked Saturday said no one came to work and store manger would not come in. while in the store today Monday the store manger was very rude and making comments about how she didn't like hateful people. as a customer I ask why they were closed Saturday night and I guess she didn't appreciate being ask their hours say until 10 pm and no sign up saying they were closing early was posted. how can you run a business with a very rude store manager and not staying open to hours your signs say you are open?
