Just want to give a shout out to 7 Brew Coffee Longview! We went last week to spend some gift cards we had received from a family member for Christmas, and for some reason, the cards weren't working. Zack, the store operator, not only got our issue fixed, but also comped our drinks that day for the trouble. He had to take the cards and figure out the issue, but personally texted me when he had them fixed so I could come back and get them.They definitely went above and beyond and provided better than Chick-fil-a customer service!
