The best Burger King in Longview, food is always fresh & good service. I just hate that lately every time I have been coming there I always get told to pull up even when I place an order online. But it's the only Burger King in Longview I'll eat at, hands down the best one in

I have purchased these burgers from other locations but this one was not good. The whopper supposed to have great flavor, and it was not done right. Oreo shake was sooooo soft. It was almost like milk mixed with a spoon. However, the flavor still was very good. That's the reason I give this location few stars because I have eaten here too, and same thing.... Food was not done right.

Like many people who have come here to grab a quick bite to eat, I was told to pull into one of the parking spaces and that they’d bring it out to me. It took half an hour and I only ordered one meal. What the heck are they doing in there anyways? The food came out wrong as well. What a surprise.
If I could it ZERO stars. My husband waited 20 minutes for a Diet Coke. When I called the person.told me”we have a bit of a backup inside,”. You’re a fast food restaurant. Its not the person waiting fault. That’s called poor management. I don’t like Burger King, never have. We go there for his fix , his Diet Coke snd I get the kids milk for my drinks if we’re going to a bar. I won’t be giving them one penny more. The appropriate response is I’m terribly sorry for the delay.’ . It seems no one in the food industry apologizes when they screw up. I worked my way up through college working fast good (and other jobs) usually a customer really only wants some consideration.

Food is great when you have the time to wait all day for them to complete the order. Then, you'll wait some more when they feel like bringing it out to you. They always pull you up to the parking spots even when I order a single meal! Then, after watching everyone else receive their orders, I was finally told that the cook burned my original sandwich! The service has got to improve here! They should be able to turn out such a small order without pulling the customer out of the drive-through!

Asked for cheeseburger, cut pickles & onion rings........instead got cheeseburger with pickles and French fries (the meal made me sick when I get home) whoever worked the window between 1:30-2 today, thursday...you owe me 9:45! Hope it comes out of your pay! Ya know you did wrong...shame on you! What gross thing did u do 2 make me sick? Was I too nice to u when I ordered?..bc I'm not going to be so nice now!
