Just went through the drive thru and left mid order. I have never in my life been spoken to like this. She was so rude. I should have gotten her name but I was so stunned she spoke to me that way. I just don’t understand why we can’t Atleast speak to each other respectfully. I don’t necessarily like dealing with my patients at the hospital but I would never speak to them the way she just spoke to me.

I only stopped in to use the restroom. Google wanted a review. So here goes. The atmosphere was quite pleasant, no bad smells or dirty bathroom. It was clean. The service was impeccable, as I needed a place to stop immediately. The food I can not speak for. The bathroom was on point.

We stopped at the Burger King on the loop in Longview. My daughter and I ordered two Impossible burgers and drinks at the drive-through. She told me that they wouldn't cook them for us. I thought that I misunderstood her. She repeated it again. I asked if she got our drinks and she wouldn't answer me. She went "humpf" and told me to "Just drive to the window." Then she was giving me dirty looks when I paid for our food. I did nothing to upset her. I don't know if she treated everyone like that or not, but she had no reason to act that way. "HAVE IT YOUR WAY " doesn't apply there apparently.

Abhorrent behavior of employees. Yelling obscenities at two customers. Glad the police came. And hopefully the customers are ok. I will not be back to that place.

Went through the drive through and ordered. When I got home I realized the whole order was wrong so I went back up there. My daughter and I went in to tell them. I explained what it should have been and when it was repeated back to me it was wrong. She kept saying I wanted a cheeseburger. I wanted a double cheeseburger with just meat and cheese. Then on another burger I wanted it how it came with no mustard and no cheese. She couldn't understand that she kept saying it was a cheeseburger. When they were gave us the order it was 2 double burgers with only meat. It was wrong again. They got an attitude with us. The manager punched the wall behind him. One co worker flipped us off. Another threatened to kill us. That girl bowed up to me threatened to fight me. I got my money back. They all followed us out. The girl who threatened to kill us was banging on my car window because my daughter was in the seat. She wanted to fight her. I said they were attacking us because we are white and they said yes we are. That is a hate crime. I got in the car. Got home and now there is a police report. I am filing changes on the girl who threatened to kill us. That is a terroristic treat. I will be talking to a lawyer. That was completely ridiculous to act like that over an food order.
