One of the young girls there is one of the sweetest people i've ever met!! I don't know what her name is but she is just wonderful for the environment. The food was good aswell!

Not one part of my simple order was correct. All I ordered was a small M&M Blizzard and two mini Snickers Blizzards. What I got was two small Reece’s Blizzards, a small Butterfinger Blizzard, and a small half M&M and half Butterfinger Blizzard. Not the size, ingredients, or number of ordered items were correct. Also very slow, at least for the drive-thru.
We just moved here and this is our second time going to this Dairy Queen ,absolute trash, and the manager David is no help at all!!! they’re rude. They do not try to make things right with the customer when you can clearly see that the food looks disgusting. they expected us to get back in our car and drive back up there .. I will never be going back to this place and I will be letting everyone know how unprofessional this place is

Had the #10. Can't go wrong with a steak sandwich.Kid-friendliness: They are always nice to my 6 year old when he takes his ice cream coupon to the counter.
Service has steadily gone down hill over the past few months. Young lady kept my change (over $5); when I asked another employee about my change, the other young lady just handed it over (w/no explanation or apology). They continue to get my order wrong. And their attitudes are pitiful. Hopefully, corporate will get this, once pleasant, location back up to par!

This place has went down hill fast. Last 3 times I've gotten a burger from here it was absolutely terrible. Dry bread soggy tomatoes and a hamburger patty that was cold. Shame this place use to be fantastic.

They forgot half my order in the drive thru. Not just 1 burger or 1 fry but literally half my order. When i showed back up i was the 3rd car in the drive thru , so i called and asked if they could bring it out. Was told no & hung up on. So when i got to the window i just wanted my $$ back. Had to hear a lecture from David about how they re-cooked & now had 4 meals going to waste. He then proceeded to tell me how this was all my fault. All this & wouldn't give me a return receipt to verify my refund to my card.
Friendly service, clean atmosphere, and great food. Restrooms are clean. I got the Hunger buster combo for dinner, it was delicious. Please leave a like if this was helpful!

Asked for cheese on the burger, and they did not put it on there. Asked for burger to be re-cooked with cheese and they just put burger in microwave so when they gave burger back it was super hot and all vegetables was hot.
