All I asked was that they pour the coffee from the paper cup into my travel mug for me. I have a gift card for Christmas and was going to leave a nice cash tip, but the "Tyler stand" people refused to do what the Longview people do every time.

We waited 25 minutes and were unable to get anything because we had to leave line or be extremely late for the day. We believe there was only one worker there. Unacceptable in our opinion. Will not be visiting again.
