I went here today through the drive though and can I just say .. KAITLYN just rocks ! I had a stressful few days with the weather craziness and needed energy and something refreshing . She made a great drink choice of an Almond energy drink and really knew her stuff ! Smile and great vibe the whole time as well despite being so busy -experience was just so positive and what I needed ?

I love Dutch Bros so much! But VERY disappointed in the service today. The line was exceptionally long this time so I used the 2nd order lane. Well ended up waiting around 10 minutes with the worker only taking orders from the main line, finally had to squeeze my way in where you merge. So once i was ordering I asked the worker if we’re supposed to merge ourselves or if we merge after ordering? She told me we’re supposed to merge after ordering and said “I seen you over there but I figured i’d make it over there eventually” and laughed it off. What’s the point of the 2nd lane if youre only going to prioritize the main lane?

Asked for an iced drink and a hot drink which he hands me two iced. When I said one was supposed to be hot she runs her mouth calling me a liar saying I said two iced. Ignorance is a bliss! Open your ears and pay attention before speaking!Went ahead and changed review to 5 stars since Dutch Bros is amazing! Unfortunately y’all have an unprofessional employee at this location
