Good afternoon, we have known cachuchon chicken for almost 6 years and we liked it so much because it reminded us of the pollo loco from Monterrey, also the Menudo.Unfortunately, for about two years now, this has not been the same, we have had cold, dry, raw chicken. The Menudo has been getting uglier and uglier, but today, if you'll excuse the expression, it was disgusting, watery, we couldn't even chew it, very greasy (even though we know it's a greasy food) but this time it was extreme. We couldn't even finish it, we paid for something we didn't even eat. And needless to say about some of their employees, with the attitude they serve us it seems like they are doing us a favor. Bad experiences everywhere. I think we'll stop going for a while. Although this may not do much, but at least it helps you stay informed about the experience of going to your restaurant to eat today. It's the Longview branch on Green Street.And as someone else said, yes, even extra lemons charge.

Im assuming these restaurants are connected. Ive got the same results if your not Hispanic then they are going to take the Hispanic order's first then your last. Its crazy how this place didn't use to be like this sad case.

Different from the traditional American restaurant. This place is authentic, so you might want to know a little Spanish. I don't think they give refills on drinks either. The food was good, but the torta I had was not very meaty. Maybe they are supposed to be like that, but I would have liked more meat on mine.

Excellent food and great price! Got the roasted chicken with tortillas, rice, beans, hot sauce and chips. They give a good serving as well. Everything tasted great! Will definitely be back.
I had the 1/2 chicken. The food was fresh & delicious. Grilled chicken & rice very good. Thechios are made from flour tortillas, I prefer corn. Great lunch experience.

Wow! Husband surprised me and brought home tacos from this place. First time we had ever tried them, but we've heard a lot of amazing things about this place a few times. Tacos were very flavorful and food was delicious. The salsa reminded me of salsa I used to eat in Mexico when I was a child.They make their own tortillas on site and you can definitely taste the difference in the quality of food. The only negative about the tacos is that they only used one tortilla and since there tortillas are still fresh, it falls apart super easy once you place your toppings on it. Other than that, this place definitely is worth a try.

HORRIBLE! IF YOU WANT CHIKEN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THIS IS A NASTY PLACE . Cashier grabbed money and serve the nachos with her bare hands at same time ???of course I didn't eat them .imagine how many microbes and bacteria were on those nails and hands.
