Not sure why all the negative reviews because I've only ever had positive experiences at this location. We recently moved way out to the middle of nowhere, like literally GPS can't even find us. So I was kind of worried that Domino's wouldn't be able to locate us but without any problem they were here within the 40 minutes that they said they would be. Food was delivered hot and fresh. Ordered one hand toss pepperoni and it was delicious the crust was perfectly crunchy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. The pepperonis were abundant and I can't say that for most pizza places because they usually skimp out. Ordered a spinach and mushroom pizza and that too was delicious. we ordered this on thin crust and it was absolutely perfect. Also ordered a side of parmesan bites and they were delicious and very good size. I've ordered them from different restaurants and also different Domino's location and they usually are no bigger than a marble. Not at this location they were huge definitely worth two bits. Tried the new cinnamon twist and OMG they were delicious perfectly sweet without being way too sweet. We even ordered some drinks and amazinf they were with my order. I can't tell you how many times I've ordered drinks from different restaurants and they always forget them. So three stars just for getting me my drinks!!!!! The delivery person was great & had a wonderful attitude!!!!

U am so frustrated with the one in Hallsville I could scream -- and did! I called, was on hold for 8 minutes, then disconnected. Disgraceful! so I called again and a robot got to me. Although it took my order just barely ok, I could not communicate to it that I wanted the store in Hallsville. I don't know whether the pizza will be made in Hallsville or in H@des. I could not pay for it. Someone else is picking up my pizza, I hope she has money. Beyond disgraceful. In this day or technology there is NO excuse for this. None.

Not only did they get the wrong address after I spelled it 3 times - 2 hours later the delivery guy calls I'm on Lakewood- I gave him the correct address he shows up still lost ..I walk the parking lot he's sitting in his truck. And says- I'm from gilmer road Domino's we don't deliver here, I said well it's not your fault sounds like a delivery problem ( then I tip him!) bring the pizzas in 30 bucks for the crustiest pizza no sauce thin as paper more like cardboard !! The worst most disgusting pizza I've literally ever eaten. So now I'm upset. I called - get the manager who says- were really busy . And we didn't deliver your pizza we're the gilmer road location. I said yes that was probably the issue you weren't supposed to deliver here he said we didn't. I said I'm yes then I described his driver. He argues with me!! No our driver has a beige truck not a white one. ( and this point I can see why the pizza was horrible this guys d*** as a rock running the place. The appropriate response would've been- hey we apologize we will make it up to you Instead he ... denying delivery??Then says if you have other questions call corporate. Wtf? I will never make the mistake of ordering dominos in this state or any other, my kids won't their kids won't. After this- I'll go to Walmart and get a take and bake before I'd resort to another dominoes cardboard no sauce pizza.if they could select zero stars I would.

I have tried to order online now for about the past 4 months and it keeps saying y'all are not delivering at your location... finally tried to call store to find out why I can't order online to find out I was directed to a call center and the guy didn't know anything... said this is just a call center to take orders for that store... great customer service Dominos... I'll just give my business to a store that can get a delivery to me conveniently... thanks for nothing

On the app it said it would take 65 minutes to deliver the food so we called and placed an order for pick up. Food was ready in 15 minutes and when we got back to the hotel it was AMAZING. Perfect amount of alfredo sauce on chicken alfredo. Pizza cooked perfectly and they actually even gave us an extra Caesar dressing free of charge. We were looking how it was rated 1 stars and we weren't sure how because i had an absolute amazing experience with them! I DO recommend this store, ignore those people, i had an amazing experience and it's a saturday night.

Horrible customer service. I have been shopping at this location since it has been opened. The manager cancelled my order for no apparent reason. I will not be shopping here anymore and plan on opening up a local pizza place to take care of the people that live in this area. You lost a good customer dominos. I will be spreading the word

I ordered a deluxe pizza and wings for carry out on 9/16/19. The tracker said it was ready. Drove there and it still wasn't ready. Waited 10 more minutes. Not that big of a deal but I have to say that this was the absolute worst pizza and wings I've had in my life. Nasty! I highly advise against this place.
