I ordered the mushroom-Swiss burger meal with a side of macaroni and cheese and beverage of unsweetened tea. I ordered at the drive-thru and brought the food home.The burger held up famously! It was just the right temperature for eating. It had lots of great burger flavor, well-balanced with the cheese.The macaroni and cheese is made with cavatappi pasta. The pasta is as nicely cooked, but I’m more of a white cheese girl. This is more traditional Southern orange cheese. It was very good, and not overly saucy.I apologize to my fellow Texans for ordering unsweet tea. It’s so non- traditional, but after Lent I’ll be back for a shake!
