The first time I tried these subs was when they brought samples to Roughneck Harley a couple months ago. My coworks ans I have ordered several since and each experience has been great. Today, I ordered the #12 and was kinda nervous bc the ingredients are out of my normal. ITS SO GOOD AND IM GLAD I GOT IT!

Getting what you order called “disgusting” then proceeding to ignore any request because they didn’t like how it sounded is absolutely horrible. I wish there was better management because that’s the only disgusting thing in here. I wish you fortune on your visits and that you don’t get shamed like I did!

Jersey Mikes is great because it's dependable and fresh. What sets a Mikes apart from others is the staff. Unfortunately the majority of staff here leaves little to be desired. The gentleman running the grill today (12/07) was really friendly and makes an amazing Philly Cheesesteak. The lady at checkout, who I'm assuming was training, was VERY friendly. The woman assisting the trainee was rude, the staff setting out the to go orders couldn't have cared less with plopping and tossing peoples meals.
One of my favorite sandwich joints! No one in Longview can beat their Chipotle Cheese Steak sandwich!

would not recommend not only did they forget to put my food in the bag I get all the way home and have to drive back get a soggy sandwich. Just to find a hair in my sandwich I call the manager and she starts screaming at me over the phone telling me “it’s my fault and it’s common sense to check your bag before you leave” like if you did you’re job properly the first time I shouldn’t have to. I tell her I am going to call corporate office about her screaming at me and she said “go ahead they won’t do anything about it” like come on jersey mikes y’all used to be so good what happened.
