Natalie at the front counter definitely woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning. Her disposition was horrible and could not wait for us to walk away from the counter so she could get on her phone. Also, blaring music from the kitchen makes it a little difficult to take a break and enjoy your lunch! The food was good as always

The only thing I dislike is, it's impossible to get Cinnamon chips after 7:30. They're always "out for the day". Most of the time, that's the only reason I go at that time. Tacos are good

Chips very stale, caso thick and barley warm, Quesadilla small and had lot of fat in the meat, payed 20 dollars for my meal and honestly unless you getting the nachos it really ain't worth

They are unable to take correct orders. Ask for no tomatoes, they give it to you anyways.

Jucy's Taco can't get to Tyler, Texas fast enough. Great fast casual, but with better quality food than most fast casual places to eat out. It reminds us of that old school quick Tex-Mex style 100%

Chicken trimmed down to breasts in house, marinated, and flame grilled all day. Whole ingredients, homemade salsas, hand grated cheese, and dare I say best Pico and Guac anywhere... better quality food than full service. restaurantsVegetarian options: Refried beans made with coconut oil instead of lardKid-friendliness: Order anything a la carte

My wife and I have lived in Longview for many years (long before this location was open) and the older we get the more we're trying to selectively eat out. When we do, we like it to be at a quality place with good food and customer service. It's highly unusual for us to eat fast food as it's not terribly healthy and the customer service is usually horrible. However, we have enjoyed the few times that we've eaten at Jucy's Tacos on Estes in the past. However, we visited it on Sunday, August 27 around 3p or so and our experience was horrific! To begin with, the AC didn't seem to be on and when you walked in it was hot and humid. I know Texas is in a heat wave but if your AC isn't working correctly then you should just have the drive-thru open.We both ordered taco salads that were simply disgusting. The lettuce was mushy, warm and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. The ground beef was not edible. My wife ended up just throwing hers away.We shared a large tea to drink. There was a container of sweet tea on the counter but not unsweet so we had to have them get that from the back. The first time I went up for a refill I asked the girl to fill it half way with unsweet. She didn't listen and filled it completely full. I didn't say anything to her. The next time I went up, she made eye contact with me and then walked to the back leaving us with no refill so I just sat down and we shared ice. By the time we left the sweet that was on the counter was empty as was the unsweet in the back so basically the employees had let ALL of the tea they had go empty. Forgive me, but if you're a restaurant in Texas and you completely run out of sweet tea you probably should have to close your doors! This place used to have good food and great customer service but now it is just like Taco Bell, McDonald's or any other chain that simply doesn't care. You may want to rethink stopping in.

The one star is not due to the friendly service but to the blah tasting meat. They just not use seasoning on their meat when cooking. I added salt and a taco package and it helped a little but I would rather go down the road to Taco Bell then to eat here again.
