It’s a nice restaurant, we’d been waiting awhile for it to open. The place is well decorated and clean. The food was typical hot pot/KBBQ quality, service was straightforward and fast, although not the most enthusiastic or friendly at times. I’m just assuming they don’t get paid too well, so I can’t really judge. They had a sauce bar with some ready-to-eat appetizers, which were pretty good. I know bathrooms aren’t the most important part for everyone, but I would like to call attention to how quickly they’ve been totally trashed since the restaurant opened. There was graffiti (swears and slurs) everywhere, toilet paper all over the ground, pee on the seats, and one of the stalls had the lock broken off entirely. It’s the kind of bathroom you would expect to see in a small busy burger joint in San Francisco or NYC, not a Korean BBQ. Makes me wonder if the staff will manage to keep the rest of the place as pristine as it is for much longer. Once again to reiterate, we had a great experience this time around, it was a very standard KBBQ/hot pot and the food was good. I just don’t think the bathroom is a great sign.

The food here was pretty decent. I was really going for the experience. I have never experienced Korean barbecue before so I thought it would be nice to indulge in it. The smoothies are A1! In the future I would like to see more vegetable options on the Menu! They did have a sidebar where you could go up and get spring rolls and chicken nuggets that taste like McDonald's! Lol

I drove over an hour to get here. If this is your first time here don’t expect anybody to be helpful, especially not your server. They ask if it’s your first time but don’t explain to you on how to do anything not even any recommendations. I’m a server as well so I know how first time guests are supposed to be treated. This was not it. The servers definitely need more training.

Definitely recommend K-Pot if ur looking for yummylicious Korean food! (B prepared to cook ur own food.)Its really exciting for the kids, they enjoy cooking their meals. Makes them feel very independent! Its just fun watching them :)) Our first xperience there, was not so well bcuz of the waiter we had was not at all informative on what to do. But our second time was amazing! We had an awesum waiter/Manager (Joseph) who was very helpful! He walked us thru it all and gave us options. We shared our first experience with him and he apologized and gave us a discount. We were just sharing the awful xperience we had. We ddnt xpect the discount. Gr8ful to JOSEPH! Much Blessings 2 You. ? Namaste!

The absolute worst service that we have ever received in our entire lives and also the absolute worst food possible. This place should be and will be shut down soon because people are waking up and seeing that it's a big scam and that there's horrific Customer Service. The waitresses are absolutely horrible, the manager is horrible. Never go here for any reason!!! There are tons of other restaurants to choose from in East Texas, and this one should be avoided at all cost. It'll be best when it's shut down. I will make sure to report this restaurant to every single Avenue possible. We were discriminated against, we emailed corporate and they have not emailed us back at all. Horrible company all around. This was our first time and last time to this horrible establishment.

Awesome experience. Great food. Ask for Hannah. Won't be disappointed. Also Management, consider options for takeout or containers for leftovers. Too much good food just to throw away.

There were huge bugs flying into my soup the whole time, do they leave a door open in the back? The bathrooms are nasty with no soap, so I can only imagine what the employee bathrooms look like. My server, Shana, was very rude and kind of just left us to fend for ourselves. I heard her being very mean to the server in the next section, even though he helped us more than she did.Save yourself an upset stomach, and just cook for yourself at home. It will be a much more pleasant experience.

Greedy owners. My wife and I went a few weeks ago, and the price was expensive, but worth coming back. We came back a few weeks later on a double date, and they charged our table an extra $20 because there were 4 people at our table. I mean, I'm not a cheapskate by any means, but our bill was already $140 and they tack on an extra $20? Why? I won't be coming back, there are better places to eat.

Ragan was the best server we've ever had. Gave us lots of help even though we were returning customers. Definitely will be back and asking to sit in her section.

We went here on a Sunday after going to Shreveport as we saw a billboard and it ended up working for us to go ahead and try it. The floors can be a little slippery so be careful. It is worst in the bathroom as well. Service is great as our server made sure we were taken care. You can do Korean BBQ or hot pot or both, but be aware that it will cost $5 dollars extra. We were not wanting to do hotpot. The selection of meat as good. I do love the pork belly and the beef fingers. The steak was good and the meat was fresh. What surprised us the most was crab legs and oysters were included. They do have crawfish which my wife enjoyed a lot. The server gave us some sauce to try and it was very good. The cost was not bad at all for what you get. I would highly recommend going here even if it is 15 minute out of your way to go.
