This place is so ghetto? we called in for an order, they said 15 min and when we got there we still waited like 30 minutes for the food. During those 30 min we saw this young girl with long hair holding her cellphone and then touching the pizza dough without gloves and then going to the register and holding money and she went back to the kitchen and kept touching pizza dough. All this without gloves or washing her dirty hands?

was waiting on my order for 25+ minutes, workers in the back said they never saw the order, and didn’t seem to eager to make the order after have seeing the receipt, finally went to talk to the manger, very nice and immediately got my order my made and gave me a complimentary 2 liter, i appreciate the service from the manager very much. pizza was very good as always

I have to give a shout out to this young man that works here. I don't know his name but every time I come, it's late after I get off work and he does a great job with customer service, is professional and one time even brought my pizza out to me when it was done while I waited in my car. I've observed how he works as a team player as well and to be so young, he actually keeps everyone on task as if he's the supervisor, so if he's not you guys need to promote him! He should be the one in the front at all times however, because of how great he is with the public. (Thank you for your kindness because you never know what someone is going through. It goes a long way!) My pizzas have always been fresh and I've never had any issues with this location. Also thanks alot for not considering me picky when I ask for butter on my crust?.

I’m here at the store now and it sucks!!!!! They never answers the phone I walked in and the manger was on her phone..they have the business phone off so that no one can call in!!!! and the other team members just walking around…Longview
Pizza made on New Year’s day was delicious! Didn’t even get to take a picture because it looked as good as it tasted everyone was shocked that it was little caesars Pizza. Great job! Wait time was a little long but the pizza came straight out of the oven once I got them.

Worst place to go, very rude employees, and when they make something wrong they blame you and want to comeoutside taking there shirt off trying to fight someone all over wanting a refund. Manager and a corporate manager was on-site and did nothing exept say (She's just having a bad day she won't be fired). Ridiculous and the high up in corporate and there franchise owner needs to be aware of how the employees are ruining his business. Here's the employee and one of the managers.
