Hey, listen up. The drive-thru people at McDonald's are rushing like crazy and not giving a damn about the food. One lady just tossed the bag on my arm, and it slipped into my car. They gave me one soda with ice and the other without. And get this, they forgot to include items I already paid for! I had to go inside three times before I finally got everything. Seriously, if you're craving McDonald's, either drive to a different location or just choose something else.

2-15-24, 8:28pm Ordered two cheeseburger meal with cheese and ketchup only...they gave me them with everything on them.... Ordered a 6pc chicken nugget with them... Asked for bbq sauce... No sauce.. No ketchup in the bag... 8 homless people sitting on the ground next to the entrance on the drive thru side... Will not be going back.

Just place an order right now via drive thru ,CSR rude and stated we dont have lemons maybe.tomorrow and started laughing..Ended cancelling order due to behavior of CSR. Wont be back
Three times in one week around 7pm, no milkshakes available. Moving on to Whataburger who always has milkshakes available...

How does this place have 3 restrooms to include a family restroom with a play place and no friggin changing station? It’s a simple add that you would think would be a no brainer. I assume the owner is such a cheapskate they would forgo something as simple as a place to change your baby’s piss pants other than the table people eat on. Well, I hope they clean the tables often because that’s where a baby got changed. Right on the table at a booth. Better than the floor of a restroom it seems to me. Maybe I’m just being dramatic. It would be more justified I suppose if this was intended to be a family friendly restaurant.

Every time we go here after work, they are unhappy to serve the public. We have heard a woman cuss through the intercom as we started our order. Tonight though, we show up at 1:00 and said that because of shift change they wouldn’t be taking orders until 2:00. I would assume that if the hours say open, you’re open. That’s all ??♀️
