If you know you have to cook the order you should probably wait until you complete the order to bump it out of your system. We waited 30 minutes for 2 pies and a cup and had to ask 3 times and show the receipt on my phone. It was so bad my daughters asked to start going to a different location.

I go and get a sausage biscuit on my way to work almost every morning. It doesn't matter how long the lines are, I'm out of there within 2-8 minutes. They are very professional, fast and food is always better than the other locations.

Went inside and ordered food, I was short on my payment by a little bit and the manager was so nice and kind he took care of me and made sure I had everything I needed before I left.It was so nice of him to take the time to take the time to show true compassion for a fellow human. I went to the drive-through and got a quarter pounder a few months ago got home with it. I live very close to this McDonald’s took a bite had not chew bite looked at the burger and it was bloody literally bloody took it back they cooked it so long it was like beef jerky no exaggeration, I took it back. The manager proceeded to cuss me out. Tell me I was on camera I didn’t say cuss words but you know what I’m saying and I proceeded to tell him it doesn’t matter whether or not I’m on camera or not you are in you’re acting very badly not professionaland I don’t eat there anymore. Normally the food was pretty good but who gets cussed out because they take their feedback because it’s raw.
