Toll House cafe in the Longview Mall, was super excited to try some tasty treats, and the treats were tasty, but the service was disappointing. The young lady was abrupt, short and she didn't listen. I told her clearly twice the flavors I wanted & she curtly asked me several times as if I hadn't spoken. She should've just went ahead & rolled her eyes every time she spoke, it felt like I as a customer was an annoyance during her day. Do well at the job you have or find a different job, take a little pride in doing something even if it's a small. Yummy ice cream though, even though they were out of everything.

Nestled (no pun intended) within a car wash, I finally stopped by Toll House last week after passing them on the way to my barber for the last couple of years. After all, I love Toll House cookies. It was late in the afternoon and much of their selection was gone, but it did appear to be on par with Great American Cookie. I went ahead with a slice of cookie cake with caramel drizzle. It. Was. SO good. Margaret, the attendant, was very nice with great taste in cars--she was enamored with a classic WV Bug parked at the stoplight. I left there, pulled into a park space at the adjacent strip mall (Toll House only has two, with one taken by staff), and devoured away. I can't wait to return to see what else they have. There was a giant cookie sandwich, so I might try that.

Absolutely horrible customer service ! Will never return to this location . I was cussed at , they didn't have chocolate cookies ready had to wait 20 min and their credit card machine doesn't work properly so card was unable to charge ! Rude rude girl

This place is a 5/10. Pretty average as far as basic, three corridor malls with a couple of dept stores go. You have your standard food court, Spencer's, candle and soap shop, and typical clothing places. It's a place to hangout and be a mall rat, not a place to write home about.
Elsie provided the best customer service, even tho she had a mask on I could tell she had a smile on her face!

Cookie was hard and icing was almost crispy. I think it had to be old. All of the drink and icee machines said out of order, and the menu signs were burnt so you couldn't read anything.

We've gotten so many great comments on these amazing cookie cakes that Carli did! She did a truly awesome job, from the football team cake as well as our family cake! Made his Birthday memorable.
