This is probably gonna offend some people but it's the truth the food was below average at this location the staff is incompetent and probably the worst restaurant staff I have ever seen.I had to make a phone call and my mom was left with my 7 year old and they throw her pizza and chocolate milk that I had bought and she had only eaten one slice of the kids pizza. I understand they want to keep tables clean but ask before they just take things away from a table people are still sitting at. Do better I know you can.

During a previous visit, I observed the staff beginning their closing procedures an hour before the official closing time, which included removing all food from the cooler and leaving it out at room temperature. Concerned about the potential health risks, my spouse and I opted not to place an order. After providing feedback on their survey regarding this issue, the management reached out, apologizing and urging us to give them another chance, assuring us that the problem would be addressed. Despite their reassurances, upon my return, I encountered the same concerning practices. This repeated experience leads me to believe that the management might need a more thorough review of their closing procedures to truly prioritize health and safety, and ensure customer concerns are not only heard but acted upon effectively.

Amazing food. Was able to sit down and then order from the app skipping the line. Atmosphere was chill.

Good was good but came out luke warm due to it being so cold in the building. I bet it was 55 degrees in the customers seating area. It was freezing! It was 53 degrees outside. We had to get a box to go eat in the car.

Such a nice restaurant. Great selection of food and it is what that restaurant with the "P" name wanted to be before they lost their way. Solid portion sizes and fair pricing. This is my new go-to lunch spot!

Can't say enough about this unique place to eat. Try the potato salad-the best I've ever had. (Except for my Aunt Jane's!) The service was way above average. We had the sweetest server. She was so nice and recommended the cake that turned out to remind me of my mother's. It was the caramel yellow cake. Try it. You'll never regret it. This us the Longview Newk's. Best place ever!
