Kilgore pizza hut is more like a daycare!! Multiple employees bring children to work with them daily!! So called manager said oh its OK as long as they behave, running behind the counter and dining room isn't behaving! I would need margaritas free to go through that again!

Today is the 2cd time in a row that I called in pick up orders that were made wrong or actually called in a pizza that never got delivered. I kept calls ng but each time I got an excuse of why they were late until the restraint closed and I couldn't all to anyone. I he next day I called when they opened and the mngr offered to make me my order at no charge and have it delivered right away, and he did.However that doesn't excuse the night crew as they have the same responsibility as the day to take orders make them correctlycand deliver them on time.

Waited 1 hour and 16 minutes for my pizza and the pizza that was brought to my door was near cold temp and they forgot one of my pizza I ordered .called the store and the manager on gilmer Rd on 2/28/19 at 7:30pm didn't care anything about customer satisfaction. Then told me to wait another hour for my pizza . bad cusromer service ans need to fire your damn manager. 30 dollars on cold pizza and bad service and having to burn my gas going back after they charge me delivery fee

Carrie out not worth the time. The Quality of the pizzas are worse than fast food. I have bought frozen pizzas at Brookeshire‘s that were better. It Must be the hired help taking shortcuts. So sad!!!
