We really miss this Potbelly in Longview. It was our family's favorite place to go eat. Hopefully one day they'll come back to Longview.

The food was great. The guy that took my order snd prepared my food was great. Very friendly and attentive. A young lady took my husband's but when I was ready to continue the order, She told me just a minute. I told her my order was going with his. I was a bit confused, I just wanted to add something else to the order. She asked if my pair was a part of his order. I answered yes and she asked a second question. Thus time she asked If his salad was a part of my pair. Uhhh, I'm thinking Lady can you take my order already? She wanted me yo wait until she made his salad before she took my order which was a part of his order. I didn't feel like the aggravation so I decided to give her the minute she requested and went out to get an address for the eprson onnthe phone. This literally took 30 seconds if that long. When i walked back in, my husband was paying. I said to ky husband, "I didn't make my order." This Girl said, "I came down there but you left. Are You Kidding Me? My husband was confused. I was very bothered. She then went to the back and a guy yelled that he could take my order. The saving grace was the guy was pleasant and the food was fresh and tasty. This was our first time trying this place.

so, I already LOVE this place but my experience today was exceptional. they had a power outage that restarted their computers today while I was in the drive-thru, the young man taking my order informed me of the situation and that it would be about a 5 minute wait until their system rebooted and to pull around so they could manually take my order to get it started while we wait. he was very well mannered, upbeat & polite to me, and they just so happened to have made an extra

Great sandwiches. They are all good. Great that they are toasted. Makes them so much better. The most delicious chocolate chip oatmeal cookie ever! So glad they are in Longview.
Is a good place for a hot sandwich. I do recommend getting the hot peppers on the sandwich and the chocolate chip oatmeal cookie is super great.

The name of this restaurant is spot on being that the food is so delicious, that one could eat so much of it and gain a pot belly lol!!! I've tried a few sandwiches, but my favorite meal is the Italian with hot peppers, Italian seasoning, and mustard on a flat with a bag of VooDoo Heat chips, and topped off with the BEST ever sugar cookie!!!! Oh, and surprisingly the chili is pretty awesome AND they have a reward program!!

Everything I have tried is good, soup and sandwiches. Sort of overpriced and when you use the drive thru check your order because the last few time my sandwich was wrong.
