Did a mobile order like 10min ahead and the app said it should be ready.. when I walked in to pick it up.. I was told that there are still 7 orders ahead of me although I was that the drive-thru has one car in line and only one customer was there!Will probably never come back here

I've frequented a lot of Starbucks and this one is one of the best. The drinks have a high batting average, the baristas are kind, friendly, and remember your name, the atmosphere and seating are perfect for a conversation or to get some work done, and they play good music. I've tried getting work done at other coffee shops where the seating is limited or uncomfortable, the drinks are subpar, the music is terrible, parking is difficult, or you have to fight for an outlet. None of that stress resides here. Goldilocks hadn't found her perfect fit until she tried this one.

This location is the worst in town…no greeting, tried to purchase a gift card and stood at the counter for 5 minutes. Not one of the five employees working waited on me and I was the only one at the register. I will not go back there.

Went here for hot chocolate around 6:15 . They were busy which is understanding , didn’t get approached when entered . At 6:23pm a worker proceeds to say we have to close the doors at 6:30 pm . I’m so sorry for having y’all to leave . But yet another customer still was in Starbucks . So we went back inside . And waited for our drinks . She kept overly apologizing like she knew she was in the wrong . It’s a no for me . Customer service is everything and tonight showed how Starbucks really is . Also the hot chocolate tasted very watered down , no milk , definitely didn’t take a lick of whip cream . It’s just overall I’m done with Starbucks .

Misha is an excellent barista, however, despite being in East Texas, they have their liberal soft skin equipped so make sure you don’t make any jokes or you’ll make the manager cry. Idk his pronouns but I think they’re goo goo/ga ga. His name is Gus and he told me he’s a communist. Still can’t get a better Americano anywhere else though. Shortly after, he called the police on me for taking a picture. Which I didn’t know was legal in communist states like Czarbucks. I’m a professional RN btw. Just your friendly neighborhood reminder not to shop at Starbucks :)
