My family and I sat in drive thru for 25 minutes with 7 cars behind us and 1 in front of us. After waiting 25 minutes, there was a lady that came on the drive thru speaker saying they were too backed up and would only take dining room orders. I pulled up to the window and asked for the manager wanting to know why it took that long to let 10 cars know they were waiting for nothing and the manager refused to tell me her name and slammed the window in my face. That is NOT OK!!! I will be calling corporate when they are open tomorrow. I would lose my job if I ever treated customers that way!!!!!

We ordered on the mobile app and when we arrived at the drive through we sat there for five minutes and no one spoke to us. Then we pulled up to the window because we assumed there were technical issues— when we got up there a lady spoke to us rudely saying that we should have ordered at the speaker. Well it’s kind of hard to order at the speaker when no one talks or acknowledges you for 5 minutes. We were treated very unkindly.
Managed to not listen to the order being placed and the tacos and burritos were poorly made. I understand not enjoying your job but you will never move forward with a poor work ethic.
Great place! Awesome atmosphere, friendly, kind, courteous, and very attentive staff. Reasonbly priced and good parking. If you're near the area, I would highly recommend checking it out! You won't be disappointed.
If you can find someone to take your order , Congrats ! If you find someone & can get them to stop chatting it up with their coworker, even better . If you get all of your irder--- priceless. But don't count on any of the above . The help has attitude problems .
