After ordering online, I arrived at the spur 63 location about 10 minutes after ordering only to be left standing about 10 minutes after my order was called out to the prep team. At that time, I asked if my order was ready, only to be yelled at by a slothful person who called me a "crackhead". Needless to say, I will not spend another pence at any of your stores.Thank you
