The service at this place is horrible, and there is a specific woman who treats customers very rudely, she must be the manager because she came very defensive, THE LADY DOESN'T LIKE LOSING OR BEING CORRECTED, VERY LACK OF RESPECT, THEY SHOULD IF CHANGE IT, they often make mistakes in their orders and then a claim comes in and they still treat the injured party badly. I had the highest opinion of the site until today's unpleasant event occurred to me. I'm never going back there again

Your order is sure to be wrong. Unfortunately the times we have bought here, something from your order is missing or is incorrect. You need to ensure you check your order before you drive off. The meat from your hamburgers is not well done so if you like it well done you must ask for it beforehand otherwise it will be a little pink. If you ask for regular ketchup make sure you check what they put in your bag it might be spicy and no regular ines in your bag. For breakfast make sure you open your biscuit orders. I have ordered bacon egg and cheese and sausague and egg biscuits with no cheese to go and they will forget to include the bacon egg and cheese one or they will still put cheese in your sausage ones.

Always take forever even when you place order online. Honestly one of the worst whataburgers in the valley sucks its one of the only places open late at night. They need a better system because they do not know how to get a line moving.

What can I say—food was great as always, service was wonderful, and there's always a pleasant and homely atmosphere. The employees are super kind and friendly, and they always manage to bring your order fresh and warm. In my experience, the Whataburger in Los Fresnos is better than the one in Brownsville and Harlingen combined.Parking: There's always enough parking space here.
