The worse Applebees EVER!!!First it took us 1 hour and 15 minutes to get our food and it was a terrible steak, The waitress didn't come back to the table to give us the ticket. We had to ask another waitperson for the ticket. And it was empty.

When we went in the restaurant it was practically empty, yet even when a manager and two servers saw us no one greeted us or even acknowledged we were there. We decided to just sit at the closest table and the manager who saw us just gave us menus and walked away without really saying anything to us or even grabbing us water. We then continued to sit there without being acknowledged by any of the employees until we just decided to leave because we knew we weren’t going to get any service. We were disappointed in this experience because of our love for Applebees and hope they can do better eventually.

Food was average. Service was okay. Greeter looked miserable and didn't smile. Our family didn't feel very welcomed when we arrived. It seemed like it was a problem that there was 6 of us. I'll just stick to my usual places that never disappoint. I tried it cause a commercial said they had the best wings, they were average at best. This place wasn't the worst but I wouldn't go back.

Alcoholic drinks took forever to arrive, only 5 customers in the place. Appetizer came out with our entrees. Food was cold and disappointing. Won't eat there again.

Was here for a bit and ended up getting ignored. That left out side in the cold waiting for my Lyft. Never again.. fake AF I spent 100 dollars to be treated like some transient !! If you think they car e they don't!! So upset. After a talk with manager still couldn't even let me sty I I sure with these plains winds!! Hope it happens to you and it Will

My experience being there, I walked in, and the greeter was very rude. Did not speak the very angry so that already created a bad atmosphere around there. Bartender wasn’t very talkative, and our waiter was rude really didn’t speak at all served us our food, and we sat there almost 10 minutes with no silverware, the steak that my daughter had look like it had been cut from my steak I took pictures. The food was ridiculous. We sat there for our ticket. Then my daughter waited another 30 minutes before they cashed her out never again.

You never get greeted at the front to get seated even tho the workers see you they will wait till you walk out for they can do less work and more talking. Never go here when IHOP is right next door and ready to feed you.

I couldn't enjoy the food nor the atmosphere because of how rude the service is This Server is absolutely be rudest person I've met in a while I don't know if she's this rude to everybody or if it's just me but she is rude she doesn't deserve a job here or anywhere else for that matter. And I bet you're wondering what her name is.. well I wish I could tell you but she's so rude she didn't even introduce herself nor does she have a name tag on so I would love to tell you who she is but I cannot. And I bet you're going to ask if I contacted the manager, well I would have loved to but there was not one in sight. I wouldn't recommend you bring your pet to eat here much less a human being

I would not recommend going to this place! We waited to be seated by the manager who had a bad attitude he said he only had two servers so had no where for us to sit but seated us anyway. There were two people behind the bar and two servers. We waited about 20 mins and never were we greater by a server. But the server had time to go chum around qith his friends at the bar. We just walked out. I was really excited to go there for the special. We live in Snyder and went to Lubbock just for this restaurant. What a let down. There were only 9 tables in the whole restaurant. Not sure why two servers can not handle that. If the server would have at least acknowledged us it would have maybe been different.
