We went there today to get some ice cream. Walking in the door and we soon realized that the poor girl working there was alone. Drive through was constant and a few inside customers. Phone ringing too. She kept it all together and she kept a perfect attitude while doing it. Extremely impressive. We got a wet towel from her and wiped down all of her tables, chairs and counters. That was probably the last thing on her mind while trying to balance it all. Manager on duty? AWOL. That was our only negative thought.

Twice in a row I ordered a cake, only to arrive and it not be there. The first time they apparently sold it to an entirely different person! Definitely never going back to this location.

What an absolute joke of a place. We were in the drive through and the lady asked what we wanted and after we started placing our order she cut us off and said that they are now closed because the time just hit 9. Talk about terrible customer service. She simply didn’t want to make our order of 2 milkshakes and a cone.

Ordered mint chocolate chip n they were out so I asked for chocolate! So I can be happy with chocolate so I order 2 scoops on a cone! But got 3/4 scoop in a cup lol like putting it in a cup would hide the fact that there obviously wasn't enough chocolate either! And it was the gooy bottom!!! Thanks for nothing if u can't close without being a c u next Tuesday kinda gal then don't work on Fridays!!

I wish I could give more stars. I have ordered daiquiri ice freezes from Baskin Robbins for more years than I wish to admit. BR was my 1st job 40+ years ago. Everytime I visit Lubbock I always go to a BR for my freeze. Sometimes the employees aren't familiar, but they give it their best shot! Not this visit. I was told they couldn't make one and it wasn't in their computer. So, nope, sorry! I have family who still live there and depending on the employee, they either make it, or turn them away. News flash, your competitors offer freezes!

I ordered a cake 24 hours in advance and the cake lady didn’t read the order right and did not make my son’s birthday cake. I did get a refund but that doesn’t make up for the fact that he didn’t have a cake. I had one sad birthday boy!
