Your hamburger 6 for $6.45 you didn't give us the right amount. You cheated us out of one. Then we ordered a banana split and it was the worst one I have ever tasted. The ice cream seemed old. You didn't even get the right toppings on it.

As a huge fan of Braum’s, I am very upset. Every single time, without fail, that I come to this specific location my order is messed up. The employee’s also have horrible attitudes. They do not care at all. Every other Braum’s I have been to has been so much better. I would rather drive farther if it means I will have a better experience. Will not be coming back to this location.

I go to Braum's a couple times a month, and one of my recent visits through the drive-thru was not a great one. It started with sitting at the menu board in line for about 4 minutes. That doesn't sound long, but there were only a couple of cars in front at the windows already. So, it felt really long. Just as I was planning to find another place to eat, my order was taken.The feel the ladies working the windows were less than welcoming. As I was handed my drink, it was absolutely covered in soda, and I held the cup outside of the window. The lady handed me a papertowel and said, "Have a goodnight" while closing the window and walked away. I was a little stunned that she couldn't care less about the situation. Still leaning out, the window I wiped down the cup and my hands and drove off.I haven't been back and not sure I will for a while. Just disappointing to experience such poor service.
Not bad burgers. Not the best but it's made for with the ice cream treats. Service was friendly and fast. Food definitely fresh. They have a great little market there with a variety of products that bares the Braums name and more.
I took my son here for lunch around 1:30 on 12/22. We both had never been to a Braum’s before, and we were both pleasantly surprised! There is a whole store in here! ? They had incredible prices on ice cream and milk. We ended up getting 6 cartons of ice cream for only $26! But I digress. The real story here is the burgers we ordered. We both ordered the spicy pimento bacon cheeseburger meal. The fires were nicely cooked and appropriately seasoned. The diet Dr. Pepper was crisp and delicious. But the burger was outstanding! Covered in pickled jalapeños and pimento cheese, this burger was a flavor bomb with every bite. The staff were also extremely helpful and kind. We had such a good time here.

We love Braum's and we only buy our milk and bread from them, but the staff is not very attentive and they will leave you standing in the grocery area waiting to be checked out while they chat amongst themselves.
