My husband and I went to the Braum’s on Quaker just south of 114th Street this evening at 6:35 p.m. There was a gentleman waiting to check out at the market register, a a man and his son in the dining area. We observed several employees while we waited to place our order for ice cream, yet none would make eye contact with us or ask for our order. One employee eventually finally assisted the man at the market register while we were ignored by at least two employees who walked by us. There were no lines. After 5 minutes, we left. What a way to run a business! Perhaps the manager should be stationed where customer service can be monitored. Needless to say, we took our business elsewhere. Dairy Queen got our business this evening.

Not the best Braum's here in Lubbock. The staff was not friendly or smiling when we walked inside. The French fries we ordered were cold and no come back and see us when I said thank you as we were walking out... anyway many more locations that do have friendly and smiling staff..

The last two visits to braums two different locations horrible food under cooked missing parts of the order and one one visit had trash inside my shake. I went online and filed a complaint and still haven't heard back. I am done with braums. Ugh. If you decide to go to braums go to one not in Lubbock. They are consistently yuck ?

Store was very clean including rest rooms. Staff were eager to help. Our cashier was new but provided great service even when he had to ask for assistance from co-worker. Food was quick and delicious. Highly recommend.

The service here sucks, the managers don't communicate with customers or employees. The employees aren't even a little happy with the job and it shows, my feeling is it's likely due to poor management. They can't get orders right, even though they are constantly slow! Horrible, don't waste time going to this location.
