Why do they have too pre cook the food ,its doesn't taste good when it has-been sitting there especially a chicken sandwich, it was cold the bacon was cold the cheese was cold the fries were cold big disappointment on what you pay for

lol this place needs new management.. they not only gave me the wrong change but also the wrong order .. after they read my order back to me not once but twice… and the manager Meagan that was working on01-18-24 at 7:59pm was no help at all … if i could give no stars I would what a dump .

Servers hugging and playing over food must be a Braums thing because the same thing happen in Lubbock and Fort Worth . Lubbock ice cream only, Ft Worth food was cold.

Straight Up bringing the disappointment that is Oklahoma to Texas. Don't open until 1030am on a Friday but the website hosts a breakfast menu from 6-10am. What a massive let down.But I guess people will eat any old mediocre chain with grainy, stale, lackluster crinkle fries.

On today's visit. I ordered a CB combo. An ice cream cone. Well while my food is cooking which. Is At least 10 mins. Right away. They made my ice cream cone an left it on the stand holder.Don't you know it will melt. By the time I get my food order. Now why do that?

Slow service. Missing our order got someone else's with no napkins.. the lines were long otherwise we would've went back to get ours. bummer.

Does not know how to make any sundaes, one time I had to wait 35+ minutes for a frozen yogurt and I went through drive through the other time they told me to wait for a bit and I waited 20+ minutes said hello multiple times no answer so I ended up leaving. And once I peeked to look at the kitchen where they were making ice cream and oh lord how disgusting it was. The service and the way they make the food is not worth going here.
