I had to pick up an order, and it was a painful experience. (Door dash)1) They didn't have the drink. So I informed them it comes with a drink. They then told me it doesn't tell them what kind of drink to make, so I need to ask the customer.2) As I texted the customer to ask what they wanted - all of 5 seconds- she walked off and left me standing there waiting for at least 5 minutes.3) She finally came into view, and I let her know. She said, "Oh, we're out of that, so do you want to ask them if Pepsi is ok? I don't want you to have to walk all the way to the bar for Dr. Pepper." ??♀️ (They should have someone there paying better attention for those that walk in!)I informed her I'd be willing to walk around the wall to get it myself. So, on my way, she sent me. She should've done that herself!4) On my way through the place to leave, I notice how dirty the floors and rugs are.5) The rug at the front door is keeping you from being able to open it fully, bunching up and becoming a serious tripping hazard.The whole time managers are in view doing nothing.I'm extremely disappointed and would rather drive clear across town to a different one than ever go there again.

Experience on a slow Friday night, I’ve had to ask for things to be fixed multiple times and has continued to fail on the simplest things. Our waiter made us wait for vastly way too long to even ask for refills on top of us just wanting the check. Was a waste of time and not worth going to, go to the other buffalo wild wings if you want proper service.

So I've eaten here a few times over the last couple of weeks and I just kept thinking that it seemed a little high priced. So today I go back and have six traditional wings and two tall beers and the total was 30.29. So I called from the parking lot to ask how much they charge for the beer I drink and they said 7. Well I figured it up and turns out they charge me 9 per beer. Be sure to ask for a receipt with the prices cause it just doesn't add up.Wings 9.99 +7+7= 25.97And they charge me 9.99+9+9=30.29

I don’t understand why this place can’t be staffed to have decent service. We love eating here and usually come once a week & unfortunately the service always sucks! The food has been great and comes out hot, But good luck getting a refill. Management needs to set up their staff for success and train for perfection. I come from a 100% customer focused industry and this place is lacking that.
Food was ok but when you have to sit and wait almost 10 minutes to get waited on and then get your food and ask for ranch and wait until your wings are almost cold as the staff stands and talks laughing with one another and then come back by and ask how your doing and remind them about the ranch??
