This is the worst place for any occasion! Customer service by management is absolutely horrible.. Always make sure to check your bag if you go through the drive thru. There has never been a time that we get what we pay for. If they forget something you will get it at your next visit, not when you pay for it as a meal.. They will not refund or fix their mistakes and they expect you to eat your chicken without your sides. You can then have your sides without the chicken at another time: They will not compensate for their poor service. Or if you order extra things they will charge you for it but they will also forget to place it in your bag, but then you can pick it up at another time. So obviously you will not have it with your entire dinner at the time.. management is not friendly. On top of all of this they charged me a total of $110.00 on my credit card! So I got charged twice because of their mistake!!!!

Chicken was hard and dry . Probably has been sitting under a heat lamp for a long time. Instead of throwing them out . Literally were just crumbles in the bottom of my box. Do not waste your money in this establishment. I could not return the food because it was delivered to me . But I will know next time to avoid this place.

Would not recommend at all. The last couple of times I’ve gone to this location the chicken was not cooked long enough and it was cold. I had to put them in the air fryer for my family to even eat them! Either the batter was mushy or falling off the chicken. Also gave us burnt fries.

Crazy crazy hours of wait, don't bother thinking ordering ahead will save you time.. nope you can dash,call in etc. None matters when they go to pickup they are I'm line like everyone else. Doors locked no one cares when you call and let them know your in line for pickup. So just know your dasher, or whatever dropoff service used is still having to wait the hours long for pickup

Drive through we order a 16 peace meal got home and only had 10 peace’s and was not fresh tasted like maybe from lunch better ways to spend 60.00 won’t be
Garbage, old chewy weird chicken. Expect to wait in line for 30 min plus and spend around $15-20 a person, just to have to pick around chicken strips to find a few decent, edible parts. The workers are always rude too, make you feel like you're an inconvenience just for asking for seasoning packets or a straw. And getting through your order is a whole other story, you got the "what else?" Interruption after every item you order before you can even finish talking. If it were the crappy attitudes and the wait time alone, I could get over it... but the fact that they charge $17 for a combo just for it to be TERRIBLE food quality is ridiculous... those prices, you should be making sure the chicken is on point... I just don't understand why the line is always so long, the sweet tea is good?

Went in and got a 7 piece chicken tenders with okra the food tasted like it was from lunch and I only got 8 pieces of okra if I am going to pay 15.99 for a meal I want my full portion. I called the manager to see if she'd make it right which she tried but I had to come in today. I asked if I could tomorrow and she said no it had to be today since I am already home you should bring it to me that's was there mistake not mine. The drive thru lady was rude that whole place needs to clean house I won't go back. Until they get new employees I've always had problems with just this location I am just tired of there service.

It felt like I was bothering the two big girls behind the counter the entire time. Zero other customers when I was there. Nice building, food was soggy.
