The bowls are barely ever full, almost always half full if that. Paying so much for a burrito bowl that barely gives meat and has the bowl half full is insane.

Been a proud chipotle customer for years, employees are way too disrespectful and when I asked for barb they gave me a bite sized piece. Not only that but had already ignored half the things I said. When I asked for a bite or two more they tried to make me pay for triple meat and when I expressed that wasn’t what I wanted they got extremely disrespectful. Never experienced such horrible service in my life. I literally just ended up leaving instead of paying, and when I made that decision they got even more disrespectful instead of trying to fight the wrong.

Been out of rice the past 2 times. Basically out of every other ingredient I asked for in my bowl tonight, so I received the gross ingredients that were being scraped up from the bottom of the containers. Asked for chips/queso and was told at the register that there were no chips. And the rice was undercooked anyways. Lovely.

Skipped out on meat, I got 2 different meats and they only scooped 3 times total, each scoop the person put on around half of the scoop, If I'm paying 20 bucks for a bowl that is only filled due to them overcompensating on the toppings-- I want my moneys worth.

I ordered online my order was all wrong and missing things. I tried to call to get it cleared up but their automated system said I was able to talk to anyway. I did a live chat and didn’t get anyway where with that system it kept telling me goodbye I wasn’t able to speak to a live person to resolve any of my issues.
