I hate to say this and I hesitated to post this but here it is. In their defense the place was busy. Saying that when we arrived all the tables when dirty. We had to clean our own table, the trash bin was overrun, and it took forever to place my order. The chicken was okay the Mac and cheese looked like it sat around for a while, the fries where over cooked.The men's bathroom was filthy stained toilet no toilet paper, paper towels or soap. How do the employees wash their hands? Dirty windows and floor. This place needs a deep cleaning.Sorry to say I don't feel comfortable returning won't be back again.

I came here after along road trip just for the front door to be locked the lady and young boy both looked me in the face and walked outside to smoke their vapes and cigarettes I had to walk to the back for them to tell me that their under staff when it was 3 of them one cook and two employees. So you mean to tell me you need 2 workers on drive thru

MY LITTLE FAMILY WAS EXCITED BECAUSE WE HAVEN'T HAD GOOD OLE CHURCH'S CHICKEN IN A WHILE..SO AFTER A LONG DAY AT WORK I DECIDED TO STOP AND GET THEM SOME 1ST THEIR MENU WAS MESSED UP 2ND THEY HAD A SIGN THAT THEIR SPEAKER WAS HAVING DIFFICULTIES I WAITIED 10MINS " I SAID HELLO LIKE 5 TIMES NO RESPONSE BUT THEY GOT THE PERSONS ORDER BEHIND ME BECAUSE THEY TRIED TO HAND IT TO ME I TOLD THEM I SAID HELLO 5,XS AND NO RESPONSE....THEY TOOK MY ORDER...GOT HOME OUR BISCUTS WERE SOGGY AN SLOPPY DIDNT EVEN LOOK LIKE A BISCUIT OUR CHICKEN LOOKED LIKE IT WAS SITTING FOR A WHILE WASNT EVEN WARM ENOUGH I HAD TO REHEAT IT...OUR MAC AN CHEESE WAS WATERY I PAID $42 FOR A TEXAS GRANDE MEAL AN WAS DISAPPOINTED I TRIED TO CALL THE STORE AND NO ANSWER...NOT TO MEMTION AS I WAS WATCHING THE COOK THREW WINDOW HE WAS DUMPING A BAG OF UNCOOKED CHICKEN TO PREP IM SURE AND HAD NO GLOVES ON

There was a note on the speaker to inform me of malfunctioning equipment rather than just left sitting there wondering why I was being ignored. Once I paid, I remembered I'd forgotten to add jalapenos and I was allowed to add them! In this day and age, that's almost unheard of!
