i called in my order as i was driving up 19th towards scholtzsky's. Walk in pay for my order, on the phone i was told it would take 5 mins and my meal would be ready. after paying i sit at the table watching them take orders out to Customers that came in and paid after me to sit down and eat inside. Finally after sitting 15 min inside waiting my meal comes out, so i call the Manager and explain to her what happened she automatically started lying. Oh they called their orders in, while the whole time i was sitting there watching and hearing them place their orders. If the Manager will lie to you it's a no go all the way around

Great food and fast service, friendly staff and pretty good size portions. I grew up with Schlotzsky's then moved away found one where I live but it closed. So glad this is still here...home is where Schlotzsky's is at

Worst customer service. Yelled at by the baker that they are closed when the door is unlocked and sign says they open at 9am. Walked in at 9:03am. Will never return to this location.

Probably the worst location I've been to. Workers are rude and I've yet to get my order correct even once. Orders take forever and the only other location is a lot farther away. Plus no drive thru so you're forced to wait for your incorrect order. Please get it together because I love Schlotzskys but this location makes me want to eat leftovers.

If I could leave negative stars I would.Horribly rude staff and always get my order wrong.

The Schlotzskys in Lubbock are owned by two franchises. The one on 82nd and just west of Milwaukee Ave is like the ones downstate. Excellent service, correct portions of meat on the sandwiches. The others in Lubbock, like this one, the franchise owner cheats on meat portions. I am not sure how this franchise owner is allowed to continue to drive this brand into the ground.

Looks okay but doesn’t taste like the cinnabon I used to have, doesn’t taste fresh , frosting seems artificial and pecans have a strange taste.
