So my experience may be alittle unique. I used to live in utah, and we have costa vidas all over. We moved to Oklahoma, and unfortunately discovered that costa doesn't exist there! I'm a pilot, and own a small airplane. So I decided to fly to Texas to surprise with wife with costa (she loves it, and talks about how much she missed it). When I arrived the costa crew was so kind! I asked if the could separate the hot and cold ingredients, because I had to fly back to Oklahoma with them. They were very attentive, kind, and willing to help! Thank you to the crew of this costa vida!5 stars for sure!

I always love the salads here. I have come to this establishment for years now and it never disappoints. The manager has been working here for years and is not just knowledgeable, but nice as well. She started as a high school student and is now a manager as she goes to college. She always greets me with a warm smile and a short conversation which goes a long way to making this customer feel like he matters. Her right hand is named Ethan and he is also a very hard worker. I sincerely hope they both get the recognition they deserve as they are good kids, my order has never been wrong, and they have dedicated many years to this location. Many other employees have come and gone over the years and they have all been such nice people as well. You won't be disappointed with eating at this establishment. I promise!

Absolutely disgusting, I'm not sure the "food" was real food. Bleh, it tasted and smelled like vomit, really, and it all looked like pig slop. I threw it out, even my cats and dogs wouldn't eat the food, that's how horrendous and unedible it was/is. If I could give it 0 stars, trust me, I would, doesn't even deserve 1 star.

I don't want to blame the whole staff because I'm sure there are some great people that work here but at the time I was there they were all terrible. The lady making my burrito put my pico in the bowl because she already heated it up and she was too lazy to fix it so my burrito was very soggy and no appetizing. The lady checking me out was very rude and seemed like she would rather die than work there.

Best chain-style Mexican food. We don't have one where we live, so when the opportunity arises when traveling. We almost always choose Costa Vida takeout. The atmosphere is more warehouse like, snd not conducive to conversation.Vegetarian options: The offer beans and rice with entrees, and Pico de Gallo is wonderful. Meat is optional as well as cheese.Kid-friendliness: I like to order the kids' meals for myself, as it is the right amount for my aging smaller appetite. High chairs are provided and concrete floors make clean up easy.

First time eating here. First thing we noticed was how many people were in the restaurant, four.. around dinner time on a Saturday. It was a little weird seeing so little people. The food was fast and delicious really. The service was also nice and effective. The atmosphere however did not feel like a Mexican restaurant nor a costal themed restaurant. It seems very basic and boring. Overall, we might eat again, I mean the food was good but yeah.

I came in for lunch around 2pm- I was greeted quickly and the staff was friendly. Sometimes when you go to a place during an odd hour staff can be a bit moody. It was nice to be treated like they wanted my business. The ingredients were fresh and the service was quick. I won't say it was the best I have had in the fast casual side of food. But if you are looking for friendly service that is quick than this is a good stop for you!-- Portion size was decent for the cost.
