Tried to place an order for delivery and they would not take order because I was paying with a $100 bill. Lady on the phone said they could not carry that much change. Which for my order maybe would’ve been $50. Ridiculous.

Wow very impressive order correct the driver followed instructions well about contacting me upon arrival so I did t wake the family Mateo was fantastic and his character very professional thank you for great food and service!!!!!Vegetarian options: They have a range of toppings and not 100 percent but they may have a gluten crust but make your dream pie with DOMINO'S enjoy with family and friends!!

Today I went in to speak with a young lady, I believe a manager; about a previous order and my information would not pop up. Long story short, she was very helpful, hard working and patient with me as I called my wife trying to figure out why our info wasn't popping up in their system.. Food was great, fresh and they have a couple delivery drivers that we appreciate! Sry for not getting her name, she has glasses and was very helpful!

Ordered several times from this location. Todays order placed at 6:53. Estimated time was 37-47 minutes. Actual delivery time was 8:00 on the dot. Be realist in your delivery times. Oh I forgot to mention my drink order was wrong! Cmon!! People have way too many options in Lubbock and can easily go elsewhere. Especially pizza places. Get it together! Two stars because the food was correct and hot. That’s the only positive.
My pizzas are always made well and correct. They look as good as they taste and that's important to me when I spend money on food.

Ordered my food BEFORE I left Sam's at 651. At 726pm it WAS STILL in prep. They hadn't even started it. 8 people in here working. Been sitting outside for 20 minutes waiting on the app to move. Go in, the got couldn't understand me. Then couldn't figure out what I ordered. Then another person said it's still being made. Hasn't been that busy. It is still currently baking. Ridiculous!!
